1. A good product at a fair price.
2. On-time delivery. They deliver at the same time or earlier every month.
3. Whenever we request additional supplies they are usually delivered the next day.
4. Accurate invoices. I have not found an error in their billing since I started with my company almost four years ago.
5. If I have a question about a product or a service, sales manager Al Cairo takes the time to explain things to me and usually gives me a follow-up call.

These are some of the reasons I think Packerland is one of the best vendors in the area.
